Today, Saturday, the UAE Ministry of Health announced that it would allow the emergency use of a new anti-Coronavirus drug.
The Emirates News Agency (WAM) quoted the Ministry of Health as confirming the granting of the emergency use of a new effective drug named “Sotrovimab-VIR-7831”, an anti-corona virus, produced by GSK Global.
According to the agency, this came after the drug was approved and approved by the US Food and Drug Authority, making the UAE the first country to use the drug globally.
